Shipping
All Soulland orders are shipped with UPS, DHL, GLS or FedEx. A tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered. We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays.
Delivery
Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Soulland cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

Care instructions
- Hand wash cold with a wool detergent, or dry clean
- Do not soak, wring or twist
- Dry flat in shape, away from sunlight and heat
- Iron on low under a pressing cloth if needed
- Remove pilling gently with a comb rather than pulling
